CPU TEMPERATURE 60 TO 5 DEGREE WHEN IDLE

I DID REPASTING IN DECEMBER BUT NOW THE TEMPERATUER AGAIN HIGH

Make sure that you use good quality thermal paste. I'm using Kryonaut and my idle temp is about 50C

it should be 30 to 45 at idle

There might be some dust build up in your fans which might reduce the efficiency of your fans

from my usege pespective, already repasted 3 times, i think kryonaut is not a good choice for nitro series.Yeah, i know its the best perfomance paste on market, but because of its density and hard in applying, u can't use it correctly in nitro 5 series, where cooling system is so fragile. 
2 times i used kryonaut, 1 time it was so called drop method, and 2nd time i was trying to spread it over CPU and GPU, and both times i getting like 95-96 at max cooling speeds in games, like cp2077 or apex legends. Just a week ago i tried to repaste it with spread method and Therlmalright TF8, it a little bit less dens and it is cheaper, and now maximum i get was 89C in hard scenes or fights, and avg more like 70-82. So i just recommend to clean from dust and try another paste. Kryonaut is best for systems where you can really hard press cooling system to cpu/gpu with screews, so the paste would squeze all around, in other cases u just need less dens thermalpaste.
