Ok, my computer and phone have both been crazy lately. I bought this laptop new in September. I am not going to try and explain everything that has happened. But, at the end of November I thought both my laptop and phone had been hacked. I had it factory reset by Ed’s PCs and office reinstalled by them etc. I have never downloaded anything myself. A week after reset my phone uninstalled all my apps and then my laptop started uninstalling all my personal files as well as drivers? I think, and system files. I left my computer and phone with my folks until after Christmas because it was stressing me.It had no sound anymore amongst other things. When I got it back my son reset it for me, but I am still concerned. I still have no sound, it seems to say another computer was accessing it somehow, there are files dating to when it it was switched off and at my folks, and there are microsoft office files dating back 10 years. I am really confused. I have been searching through my Apple and google device data because I have been so sure something is not right.
