Need to Change Bios Raid to AHCI (Acer G9-793)

Info on System
1Tb ssd and 1 Tb hard-drive
Boot OS on 1 TB SSD atm, 1Tb hard-drive does not show up due to previous raid0 configuration breaking.
Bios menu is v1.14 and does not allow me to change SATA mode

Current Storage Controller Drivers
~Intel Chipset SATA RAID Controller
~Microsoft Storage Spaces Controller
~Standard NVM Express Controller

Intel Rapid Storage Technology installed
Currently Displayed as 1 SATA hard disk

Would like to change back to AHCI and if possible, get my other hard drive to register.

side note: I've read methods of bypass using by installing the AHCI driver and booting in safe mode would allow the bios to enable the ability to change SATA mode or, on boot it would automatically detect and change, however, I'm unsure if the method is applicable to my system.

side note 2: I don't need any of the data on my drives, as currently there is no data anyways.

If you go into the UEFI and on the main tab press CTRL+S a few times, it may enable new options in the other headings, one of which should be the sata mode :)

This method does not work, I tried clicking it in all the different tabs.
