Hi, I just want to know, which type of m.2 m key slot compatibility i have. I read some forums posts that say I have both sata and nvme compatibility and others say i have only NVME or SATA. I tested SATA m.2 SSD and it didn't work(not recognized in bios and not recognized in any software i used). I want to buy samsung 970 evo nvme and I'm not sure if it work.

I think its just NVME not NVME and sata, looking at this ( https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/35810668 ) Someone else has been able to get a 970 working so you should be good

Though saying that i see what you mean about people saying it has the sata interface! Bit odd :s

Hi, they tested samsung 970 evo plus and i don't know if normal (Samasung 970 Evo) would work. I think this ssd would work, i just want to be sure before buying it. Leostat said:

Its just controller tweaks the controller and the NAND flash, the interface is the same so it should be good. It may not show after installing till a full shutdown on windows 10 (Shift + Shutdown) and a disk setup in disk manager :)
