Raid0 removal through Intel Rapid Storage Tech changed my harddrive & ssd format predator 17

I have a Acer predator 17
 256gb ssd & 1tb hard-drive
Old bios was on v1.06
Accidentally did Raid0 through intel rapid storage technology
booted off portable windows 10 usb stick and removed raid0 volume through intel rapid storage technology

both harddrive now unreadable
bios stuck on raid for SATA mode (this bios version did not have SATA mode change unlocked)

Upgraded bios version

Both harddrive still cannot be found in installation menu
boot on portable windows 10 ubs stick
cannot be found in disk management
but CAN be found in intel rapid storage technology

Currently installing a new ssd, but would like to see if I would be able to salvage the harddrive.
