Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315 51 78NP Plugged In Not Charging

Hi I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 laptop and has a problem in charging, it only says "Plugged In" but the battery is not charging. I noticed that it only charges in two ways. First is when the laptop is completely turn off and the plug in the charger then press the battery reset and when i turn on it charges. 2nd is when the laptop is in the state of full load or like playing some games or run some benchmark the laptop charges it self. I noticed too that when the battery light is blinking it doesn't charge the battery when its stable it charges. Hope You can solve this issue :>

Hi Haruspex19,

Requesting to try the below steps and check if its working.

1. Turn off the Laptop
2. Unplug all the cables from the Laptop
3. Take out the Laptop battery
4. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds and then release it to drain the flea power (static charge.)
5. Reconnect all cables back again and turn on the laptop
6. Once device turned on, try charging the device during stable.
