Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-52-72RG-US | Egregious fan noise

I understand that the metal GPU fan for the Acer Predator Helios 300 is loud, but this is a metal clanging sound that will get worse over time. I sent this in for almost over a month for repairs, recieved it back and then 2 months later it's back.

Two serious questions:

1) Is the AeroBlade 3D fan for the GPU avalaible for purchase on market so I can replace it myself? The care center did their best to fix the issue, but it's reoccuring and the grinding will get worse.

2) If the AeroBlade 3D fan can't be purchased on market anywhere in the US, is it viable to replace it with a plastic one? The heat load may be too much, but for the metal fan to just grind itself to dust would be even worse.

I had the same issue. My GPU fan was making a dreadful noise which made it seem as if its blades were colliding against something.
The most convenient fix (which worked for me) is to lubricate the fan-pin which goes into the magnetic socket by applying some kind of grease or oil to it. Use some kind of degreasing spray that is compatible for electronics, or use car engine oil.
If none of these are available, use any kind of oil. But if you are using any generic oil such as hair oil, it may dry out within a few weeks, and you will have to oil it over and over again. Whatever you decide to use is up to you. But go for something that doesn't dry out quickly and easily. Also be mindful of the amount of grease/oil you apply to the pin. You don't want to completely drench it in the grease/oil. Just a coat on the pin is enough.
First, apply the grease/oil to a cloth then caress the fan-pin with the cloth to cover the pin in grease/oil. Also, add half a drop of grease/oil inside the magnetic socket.
You can watch a video tutorial for opening the laptop back panel and dismantling of fan. Its pretty easy if you have the correct size screw driver.
The image below (Not my image. Credit to the owner) shows the fan-pin at the center of the blades, and the magnetic socket in which the pin goes. Refer to it.
This will most probably work and your fan will become silent for at least a few months, even at highest RPM. If the noise starts again, just repeat the process. Hope this helps.
