    Hi,
Use Throttlestop(Stable version from here:ThrottleStop (9.2.9 Beta) Download | TechPowerUp
You can use this guide for your settings, it's for another CPU but the principle is same: ThrottleStop Remix - i7-7700 & i5 6300- Undervolt Guide - Overheating Fix / Optimization - YouTube

    Hi guys,
I have Nitro 5 with i5 8300h and a have big poroblems with temp in games. In games i got 99-100°C that's not good, my proc jump from 3.8 ghz to 0.7 ghz for a short time but is frustrating.
I need help to undervolt proc to fix thermal throttling.
I tried  -0.150 in Intel Extreme  Tuning but i didn't recive best result.
I want to try undervolting with Throttlestop but i don't know anything about this software.
Anybody who did this before and can give me some settings ?

    I have the same problem,
    my model : NitroAN515-54
    16 GB RAM, i7-9750H CPU, 2.6 GHz,

my problem : Laptop overheats upto 92 - 96 degrees and sometimes even goes upto 100.
Any game I play while charging the gameoverheats.
There is another issue of stuttering while in game and I don't know the reason for it.
I was playing Valhalla and had fixed my framerate to 30, but still there are some sudden lags in between.

Regarding the solution you gave of undervolting the CPU, is it safe?
and If I do so is there any harm to my Laptop later on?
