Charge ports not connecting for charge R751TC4XP

Hi,

i have a Spin 11, purchased March 27 of last year. A month or so ago, I started having to finesse the wall charger usb plug inside the side ports on each side in order for the display to show that the computer was actually charging. Gradually, it became harder to find the sweet spot in the port to get it to charge, and today it can’t start charging at all.

I know the issue isn’t the A/C adaptor or cords, they charge my wife’s laptop no problem. It seems that the Spin ports are just too loose — the usb plug doesn’t fit snuggly into them, there’s no click-in feel and you can easily move the plug a bit inside the port. 

What can I do to fix this? FYI the model number is 

R751TC4XP
