Spin 3 have recurring problems SP314-54N

I bought an Acer Spin 3 SP314-54N laptop 3 months ago. About a week after the purchase I had to send it for repairs because of faults that made it unuseabl: it suddenly started to run very slow and couldn't perform even simple tasks such as open a folder, the fan made loud grinding noise, when trying to use the speaker it had terrible white noise, multiple drivers kept crashing, and when the charger was plugged in while the laptop was on low battery it enterd sleep mode by itself.
I didnt get my laptop back until 3 weeks later. Even then, the promblem with sleep mode and the charger wasn't solved and the touchscreen has a mind of its own and most of the time does not work or doesn't recognize the pen.
Now, 2 months later, ALL of the faults came back, in the worst time possible. I cannot give it away for another 3 weeks as it is exams period. The service I get from acer's warranty provider is horrible. I will appreciate any help or advice what to do with these problems.

    Unfortunately there's not much you can do except work with Acer support to get it fixed...
