My Aspire V3-575 doesn't boot - black screen - external keyboard or display not working. Please help

Fan seems running weak as it's very quiet.

    Problem resolved. It's the fan too dirty. I opened the back, cleaned the fan, it works now.

    keyboard also light up.

    Just as a suggestion, repaste your cpu also with a high grade paste and upgrade your OEM Serial ATA to a SATA-3 2.5" SSD and also your memory to the PC3-14900 DDR3L SDRAM type memory (as it works) and use the DVD slot with a caddy to put your OEM Serial ATA drive and use it as a slave. That is what I've done to one of my V3-571G secondary laptops and it works unbelievably well with the latest Win-10 version 20H2 OS build 19042.685 which is the latest.

    I reimaged my laptop by removing everything on the disk. Everything works fine except for the camera which seems not working. Does anyone encounter the same issue after resetting V3-575T?
