HI, with 4GB ram (latest 1.36 bios) the system able to access all the installed ram?
I have 4GB installed and only 2.93 usable.
    It seems a bios issue.

That is typically due to the OS only being the 32bit version, not the 64bit. The 32bit OS can't address anything over 4GB of memory, and since some is reserved for the hardware it leaves only 3GB for programs. Note that a switch from 32bit to 64bit requires a reinstall of everything, there's no direct upgrade path.
