How can I fix my laptop (R3-471T-35G3) screen?

My laptop's touchscreen has been detecting phantom touch across the screen every time I turn on my laptop. Sometimes, I just wait for the phantom touch to end, but there have been times the phantom touch doesn't end until I force shut down. This has been very disruptive to my studies, especially since I'm currently working on my thesis.

Linked is a video showing random touchpoints being activated.

I hope someone can help.

Open Device Manager. If no red or yellow warning, click 'human interface devices' folder. Right click and uninstall hid-compliant touchscreen. Exit Device Manager without trying to install anything. Then Open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable'. Scroll down and make sure box for fast startup is unchecked. Then shut down Windows normally. Jack E/NJ
