Cancellation of order not possible by Acer India really?

I placed an order of Acer Swift 3x laptop on 3rd January 2021, around 11.30 pm. On the next morning, I realized that I needed the laptop urgently on the same day itself, so I decided to purchase the laptop directly from the store itself. This is where the fun started, as I looked for the order cancellation option in my account, but to my surprise no option is there to cancel the order. I mailed to the customer care email id to process my order cancellation request, they replied there is no cancellation policy. I told them that there is no mention regarding this policy over the website, otherwise won't have placed the order from this platform itself. Basically, it is a rightful thing to be mentioned on the website for the customer awareness, otherwise what is the use of online purchasing. But got really vague mail replies from the CC, not at all understanding what was the issue, instead sticking with senseless points to cover up their mistake. This continued for 10 to 12 mails throughout the day with myself explaining my concern over an over and getting same irrelevant replies. In the last mail they said, that we are sending you the tracking id of the order since you have an urgent delivery requirement but nothing was shared and the order is still in processing state, which really got me to my nerves that was I not clear in my mails enough to mention the cancellation request in Bold italics or was I speaking in some alien language which was difficult to comprehend at all. I tried the mentioned Support number throughout the day, but the number was not working at all. I chatted with the zendesk chat on their website also which was also futile as I got the same reply that is to email the CC or dial the number mentioned on their website. In all, I got my one day wasted with their pathetic service and still my issue hasn't been resolved. This was the most annoying experience I ever had with any product firm. I was shocked to see such a confused and not at all helping attitude of the CC. I would rather not at recommend anyone to place any order via Acer website, your money will be stuck, zero flexibility and missing out important consumer centric details on their website. 

I will try my luck again tomorrow, but would request everyone to purchase the electronic goods from other e commerce platform instead of this website.

    I am very sorry to hear this, unfortunately, the Acer Community is not a direct portal to Customer service, the Acer Forum Discussions were designed as a peer to peer support community where Acer users help other Acer users. Many Acer employees (Moderators), read the various topics posted here and you will notice that some Acer employees interact with members when appropriate, primarily we want the community to be a place where members can exchange their own advice and ideas.

    Only your local support services can help you with this, the community is not an escalation channel, unfortunately.
