I have a PH315-51 and I have overclocked my graphics card and i got about 10 fps more so I was wondering if it is ok to overclock the cpu. Does it reduce lifespan?

It would increase the the thermal output and thats the main constricting factor. If you were able to keep temps low, without increasing voltage too much it wouldnt have a percivable hit on the lifetime of the chip. I didnt think you were able to though?

I haven't overclocked my cpu yet. My temps on cpu are average 74 with max 80 and on gpu(overclocked) average 64 max 67.
