My Acer Nitro 5 Model AN515-55-57YK won't open NitroSense even after doing everything to fix it.

I bought the laptop less than 24 hours ago. When I first started the laptop, NitroSense was working, but when I shut it down then turned it on again about 20 minutes later, it wouldn't open. I've reinstalled it quite a few times. Followed all the instructions from the acer website, youtube vids, reddit etc. and it still won't open. What do I do? Will go into the store where I bought it asap if I can't find a solution.

    I am sorry to hear that, If you still not founded a solution I recommend reset your OS to the factory settings, and reinstall the  Nitro sense. (make sure you backup your data). If it did not help I recommend you contact your local Acer support for assistance.
