Hello!

Recently got a Spin 3 w/ rechargeable active stylus but I haven’t been able to make the pressure sensitivity work. I tried it on two programs: SAI and Paint. Unable to figure out what I need. Found it in Device Manager hid-compliant-pen with drivers updated but despite it being up to date it still won’t work. Tried installing the Wacom Feel driver and Wacom app but it said that a tablet was not found on the system and the app won’t work without the driver. Went into program settings for both SAI and Paint but no luck there, either. Is there something I’m missing or is this an abnormality? Would appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Which Spin 3 model do you have? It should be something like SP3xx-xxx-xxxx.

Yep, that model should have the active stylus working... You need an AES 1.0 stylus, but the one that shipped should be correct. Try the latest Wacom driver, just in case the one you grabbed was older.
