Unable to change bios settings eventhough there is no password set on the bios

Need to reinstall windows 10 which needs secure boot to set to disabled but can't as for some reason bios options are grayed out  can't even change boot option. There is no password set  on bios settings. I had fedora install with the old windows 10 home edition That this laptop came with . how do go on fixing this ???

    In order to disable secure boot you have to set a supervisor password.

    just tried I don't think i have a option to change the password too. Its also grayed out.

    On the main tab there is an option  set supervisor password. From this gif as fas as I saw it it is not grayed out. If it is then post a normal screenshot.

    update how you need to be able to access the options to do that don't you ? and I don't even have window installed on it I need to have secure boot disabled to do that.

    I have been trying to install windows but laptop can't detect the usb. Created the bootable from another windows pc  with rufus . I disabled  secure boot and legeacy boot  on that pc before flashing the iso to the usb. but still  not working
