It has been 50 days since I handed PH317-54-56M6 to my retailer to send it for warranty repair

Hi, I handed my helios 300 (PH317-54-56M6) to my retailer on November 7th 2020 for a warranty repair due to high temperatures up to 92 centigrade on average and the highest was 95 centigrade and it shuts down randomly. I was given an estimated time of 3 weeks to get my laptop back, it's reasonable since the pandemic is causing problems. My retailer got received my laptop around November 24th, Acer changed the fans but the temperature was still the same, they sent it back to Acer around November 26/27th. They informed me that they were going to replace the motherboard and I have never heard any further details since then, it's been a month. Is there any chance I can solve this issue? Or maybe get my money back? I bought it on October 23rd and I didn't even get to use it for a full month.
