"No signal" on my monitor! How to resolve? Acer nitro vgo 27

I bought a monitor (Acer nitro vgo 27 series), but unfortunately after a few minutes "no signal" appears. I tried to replace the VGA cable but it doesn't work. Maybe it's something PC related.
Pc features: Intel Core i3, 3GHz, RAM 4GB, Windows10 home 64bit.
How could we fix it?

    What computer do you have? What port are you connecting to? Does it have a graphics card or just the onboard video? What resolution is Windows trying to use for the display?
