The search bar doesn't work Acer Helios 300

Hello, I bought this laptop (Acer Helios 300 with an RTX 2060) a month ago, and it arrived yesterday, my problem is, when I try to write something, it just doesn't work, it appears in gray and it's just stuck, I can't search anything, I've been searching solutions but I don't get any answers, please, help. (P.D. I speak spanish)
