HI I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A BRAND NEW ASPIRE 5 TO REPLACE MY ASPIRE E1-570 AS ITS OLD.I USE MY LAPTOP TO DJ AND MY NEW LAPTOP CONNECTS UPTO THE MY DDJ-1000 CONTROLLER BUT DOESNT RECOGNIZE IT AS MIDI DEVICE.IVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH PIONEER DJ SUPPORT FOR LAST 2 WEEKS AND INSTALLED,UNISTALLED,UPDATED FIRMWARE,SOFTWARE ETC ,SENT THEM VIDEOS.THEY CAME BACK WITH THIS RESPONSE.(Multiple users have similar issues on computers with 11th Core i5 / i7 CPUs.
The computer doesn't seem to correctly recognize the device as a MIDI device.
There seems to be a problem with the compatibility between the CPU and the pre-installed drivers.
One user with a Dell PC was advised by Dell's support site to update the Realtek driver and resolved the issue.
Another user downgraded the version of Windows because the driver provided by the PC manufacturer was not compatible with the latest Windows.
Your problem may also be improved with the above actions, but we recommend contacting the support of your PC manufacturer.
Please check if your Windows OS match the Audio Driver's compatibility.
If the Audio Driver is for older OS, you may have to downgrade to previous version such as 1903.)
IVE BEEN TRYIN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH ACER SUPPORT LIVE CHAT BUT NOT RUNNING AT MOMENT.IM NOT A TECH PERSON AT ALL SO ANY HELP ON THIS WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED ,I ALSO TRIED TO GET A CHAT BOOKED IN AND IT WAS SAYIN MY LAPTOP WAS OUT OF WARRANTY BUT I BOUGHT IT LITERALLY 3 WEEKS AGO .
