My Acer A515-52G doesn't start. LED and fan starts for 3 secs and again it turns off.

My 1 yr 2 month old Acer Aspire A515-52G laptop isn't starting,  when power button is pressed LED and fan starts for 3 secs and again it turns off. Battery LED is indicating full charged. I did following troubleshooting:-

1.) Checked for static : Remove battery pressed power button for apprx 1 min and inserted battery again.
2.) Checked for battery: removed battery and started laptop on adaptor
3.) Checked for harddisk : removed hardisk and pressed power button to see any sign
4.) CMOS battery : removed CMOS battery for 20mins and reinserted.

    I tried that as well but it didn't work.

    Yes i did it twice...but again no success.

    No, i tried function keys and other keys as well

    It came to my notice when i wanted to print few documents. So i connected USB of HP LaserJet printer (which was already switched on) to USB 3.0 port and pressed power key of laptop to start it. Since then its not starting.

    Try pressing the battery reset button for 30 seconds and leaving the laptop disconnected for 30 minutes. It is necessary to disconnect the power adapter and all peripherals from the usbs ports.
