PH315-52: GPU fan not spinning

A few days after I first got the laptop, the GPU fan started spinning all the time (around 600-1000 rpm), even if I was idling on the computer or browsing in Chrome. Since the computer was recently bought, I thought that this was normal for an Acer laptop. This continued for around 5-6 months. A few days ago, after starting up the computer, the fan started spinning so fast the sound overpowered my voice. It lasted a few 10 seconds but stopped afterwards. However, the next day after turning on the computer, I quickly noticed the laptop was much more quiet than usual, so I checked the fans using PredatorSense. The CPU fan was spinning normally, but the GPU fan was at 0. I tried to customize my fan speed and turn the GPU fan's speed upwards, and tried playing a game to increase resource usage to try and get the GPU fan to turn on, but it continued staying at 0. What should I do?
