About right ram choice for ACER Swift 314-41 R828

good evening dear fellows , 

i hope everybody is fine and everything is good .i bought my laptop last year around november and since that time i use it. i dont have any minor or major problem but sometimes frozen.

i searched and found out i can do ram and SSD upgrade. i'd like to learn that which ram option is suitable for my laptop. i read so many articles and couldnt find any good and certain info..

ACER Swift 314-41 R828
AMD Ryzen 3  3200U
4gb DDR4 
which brand? 
MHZ? CL ? 16-32 GB ? 

could you help me ?
