Hi,
I have freshly bought Predator Helios 300 PT315-53 with i7 10750H and 8GB RTX 2070 with Max-Q (also 16gigs of RAM). I looked at many gaming benchmark videos. This video - https://youtu.be/s4Gqjw_i2xQ says that on ultra it gives around 110fps with RTX 2060 Super and Ryzen 5 3600 while mine gives around 70. Can someone explain why? Bottlenecking?

Can your run a benchmark in user benchmark? Make sure to use your discrete gpu.

I didnt watch the video but your fps difference could be that your gpu is a mobile gpu and the videos is a desktop gpu. They consume different amounts of power, mobile being less. Nvidia stopped naming then differently, so you cant tell easily!
Please Click Yes if Ive answered your question.
    Current: Custom Desktop Build (5800X, 16GB, 3070ti)

Maybe you're right. How to confirm this?

U can confirm this by checking in userbenchmark how much fps u should be getting for a particular game. For example in borderlands 2 the average fps is 77.9 with your exact build.
