I need a solution for not spinning pad and gap ? spin 3 ( SP314-51 )

I have bought spin 3 ( SP314-51 )

It’s not fall down or break down something . I tried to spin my laptop and now there is a huge gap and it has all most open to a wide ranged and some nails has came out of the top slide  . I am using this acer laptop for my office use now I have lost my all work and I am helpless . I need a solution as soon as possible and I have still my guarantee. Please ????

P:S : as you can see below images it’s not opened widely before . When I turn up or  down the left side of the screen doesn’t close properly and keep having a gap like this .

From the first image it looks like the hinge may have broken loose from the case. With the thin and light designs there isn't a lot of material there for the screws to hold onto. Are you still in warranty? Sometimes they decide the issue was caused by the owner torquing the case by opening it from one side too much, sometimes they decide the hinge failed and repair it.
