Running an Acer Aspire ES1-531 with Windows 10. I've come across a rogue, corrupted JPEG file that gives me a 0x80070570 error whenever I try to delete or move it. Is there anything in the built-in Acer support software that will allow me to access and permanently delete that file?

Might also be file system corruption. However, try the simplest things first. Run FileExplore as administrator. Try to delete or cut. Jack E/NJ
