Has Acer Ever trolled you the way they are trolling me? SF515-51T-73TY

I ordered an Acer Swift 5 (SF515-51T-73TY-US W10HGML64SF6) in 2019 Novemeber. From the moment I purchased the PC to now, it has freezing issues. If I walk away for a bit and come back the PC is frozen, I can't do anything. Or sometimes I'd just be on the web browser and its frozen. I don't run any intensive programs, as a matter of fact, I sometimes don't even need to run anything. If I'm turning off the PC or Restarting it or I just turned it on, it will freeze. I've sent my PC to acer for repair 5 times. 3 out of the 5 times they simply reloaded the OS because clearly, I don't have the common sense to reload the OS. Another time they replaced the motherboard and another time they simply applied thermal paste. How can their technicians be this bad at diagnosing and repair? I've been doing this for a year now and this is the same non-sense. I bought an Acer Predator Helios 300 not too long ago and its absolutely perfect. This swift is just absolute garbage and Acer has been of absolutely no use. Any ideas on what the issue may be and how to resolve?
