I have acer aspire 5 A515 and I just upgraded it with an m.2 nvme and I installed windows and everything works except when I went and put back my hhd to use it but it’s showed in the bios but doesn’t show when I go to my files and I can’t find my stuff on it or use it any one know what’s the problem?

Hi,
Does the old HDD still has the OS on it? if so you can not use it in the same laptop as the M.2 NVMe SSD, I would suggest you try connecting it with an external SATA to USB cable(adapter) and transfer the data to the new M.2 SSD or save the data to another spare HDD, you need to format the old HDD to use it in the same laptop as your current M.2 SSD but remember formatting wipes everything in the HDD, so save all your important data to another storage device, then format it.
