Dear community members,
My laptop is about 1 year old and for the last 6 months now I cannot install certain big Windows10 feature updates. It always results in a blue screen. Always with the general memory management error. Last time it was major update 1809 (or 1909?) which never installed correctly and now it is Feature update 20H2. Again the blue screen. Well, not directly: I get the boot startup menu with 3 choices: "Windows10", "Windows setup" and again "Windows10". Which ever I choose: laptop hangs or goes to blue screen.
I've done a lot of research and tried many things to resolve any memory management problem (if that is really the case) but still no luck.
I've done:
- standard WIndows memory check (before boot)
Some memory was fixed but it did not fix my problem.

I've also read somewhere that your specific laptop must be on some sort of list to be able to get the big updates working.

I hope someone an help me because I'm running out of ideas.
Thanx

    O, forgot something:
Laptop is just 1 year old but after about 6 months Windows10 update started telling me:
"You’re currently running a version of Windows that’s nearing the end of service. We recommend you update to the most recent version of Windows 10 to get the latest features and security improvements."
It's probably nothing OR 100% the source of my problem?:-)
