HELP!!! Another audio issue, amoungst others. (Model: AN-515 55)

Hi, I (regrettably) purchased a Nitro (Model: AN-515 55) from a licensed Acer dealership in Huaqianbei. The processor is an Intel Core i5-1300H CPU @ 2.50GHz, I updated the RAM from 8GB to 16GB, as well as had a NVIDIA RTX2060-6GB installed hoping I could use the machine for some VR gaming. Ultimately, the reason I purchased the Nitro other other gaming laptops of similar price and specs was the USB.C port.

So initially all seemed fine, I did a test with the HTC Vive VR and it worked fine, I took it home and set up the VR and tried to test some VR videos/previews on various VR compatible sites and it came up with an error message saying: wrong graphics card, please connect VR headset to the same graphics card as the monitor.

I left it on overnight and some Windows updates downloaded, low and behold when I used it the next day the audio was not working. I went through all the usual procedures, then rolled back drivers etc. and still no success.

I'm fed up, I'm thinking of taking it back to the store for a full refund.
