PH315-52 Battery/ Screen issue

I am having an issue with my screen not turning on, and I have what looks like a leaking or damaged battery when I open up the PC. The screen remains black on powering it up, I hear the power up sound and the keyboard lights up.

The screen went black about two months after purchasing the laptop, back in February. I just could not be without a PC so I put off sending it in. Since then I have been using a external monitor through display port and it has been working fine. After sending it in support reported water damage (which I cannot locate though I do see the battery deformed and looks to be damaged). I just received my laptop back from Acer repair today. When I power up the unit the keyboard lights up, screen stays black, and the external monitors don't work. I try both the HDMI and Display Port and neither works. The monitor flickers on like looking for a signal when I plug them in and then it says no signal. The monitor does work with my 2018 model predator so the problem isn't there.  I took the battery out, and then put it back in to try and reset it. I am two days out of warranty so I am having a hard time getting ahold of anyone. Just seeing if anyone here has any ideas about what I could try and do next.

Thanks in advance!

Sounds serious. You probably need to take it to a technician to give it a look.
