Just a couple of notes on my laptop

1. It recently had a driver issue (diagnosed by my friend). It had all of the symptoms (frequent Driver IRQL not less or equal BSODs, 2 brightness levels only, Acer logo shows twice when booting, turns off when idle, NitroSense would not open). So, we settled on uninstalling the graphics drivers and reinstalling the drivers from the Acer page (link: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/7605?b=1). This solved all of the problems, aside from the NitroSense problem. It still would not open. Also, the AMD Radeon Settings disappeared (see attached images). I think this was because I may have installed the drivers incorrectly? idk. Otherwise, the laptop was fine. It would frequently get small green dashes on the screen when doing normal browsing (sadly I don't have images, and when I search on the internet, nothing appears, it may be a problem with the 23.20.826.12544 AMD drivers that Acer provides). This also happened before, when I first got my laptop, but I remember after a couple of Windows Updates, they were gone

2. I have just updated from 1909 to 20H2. This may be weird, but I remember that when I tried updating to 2004 from 1909 (when I had driver issues), it would not let me. If I recall correctly, I think there were problems with corrupted system files? I'm not sure, don't remember. I just randomly clicked on update when I saw 20H2 in the Windows Update, and here I am now. Laptop is laggy and slow, games barely load and are unplayable. These issues were not present before I updated. Moreover, NitroSense now works once I updated.

Is it another driver issue? Do I update my drivers? Was it an error in the 20XX updates? Is it time to update my BIOS?
