Isue with microphone in Swift 3, model swift sf314-54

when i bught this model, works fine about 3 to 4 moths, but now, when i use mi laptop whit zoom, google meets or other aplications, mi microphone works well, but when works more than 5 mins, the microphone shutdown or doesnt work, and in some times the app does not recognize the microphone. I need to reinstaling the driver or doing anyting else

The microphone is a standard design, it uses the normal Windows drivers, not anything custom. Is there any chance there is something running in the background that can take over the mic? It seems like some of the more recent Windows updates can muck around with mics, cameras and Bluetooth, but I haven't been able to pin it down any more accurately.
