Hello everyone, I purchased my Acer laptop quite a long time ago. It’s been several years since I’ve owned it and I’ve noticed issues with it up until last year, but recently it’s becoming a problem. One issue with my computer is every time I accidentally unplug it or purposefully unplug it to move where I am working, my computer turns off. This has been bothering me since when I am working, and it unplugs, it takes time for it to restart and for me to input my password, etc. How can I fix this issue? Another problem I have is when I check how much battery my computer has, it says 255% charged. Why is this happening? Is this an error and am I able to fix this? Thank you, I would love to hear your guys responses on how I can fix these issues.

it/s def an Acer defect since all of us suffering from the same problem with no solution yet!! i even bought a new battery but still the same prob charging 255 with power off when u unplug!1 i guess bios defect or in purpose to force you to send your laptop to maintenance!!
Acer are loading drivers and bioses for almost only new models however ph315-51-78np are all dated 2018!

Thank you! I’m planning to buy a new battery soon and yes I’ve seen a lot of people that had similar issues with the 255% charged battery.
