Acer replaced new xv272u's panel for backlight bleed, now has a stuck pixel. Will they replace?

Hello, I recently purchased a xvx27u V and quickly noticed it was nearly unusable in dark games due to its bad backlight bleed. I asked for a replacement and support insisted on repair. Anyways, they shipped the monitor back to me in a ridiculously huge box that is far worse than the original box I sent it in and with a new lcd panel. There is still bleed, but much better, however now I see there is a stuck pixel. I tried massaging it and stuck pixel programs that flash different colors, nothing worked. Will Acer repair or replace the monitor at this point and is there anyway for me to get the original box replaced?

They have a spec for stuck pixels, different in almost each country. Contact Acer support and they'll be able to tell you if it's out of range or not.
