How can I get a pre-paid shipping label or reimbursement for sending a monitor for repair?

I was sent a monitor with a screen flickering issue. I have been trying to get it repaired for a very long time but Acer is terrible at customer support. Now they are telling me to ship the monitor to them but gave no further details or support. The monitor is large and I do not think I should be responsible for paying its significant shipping costs since this issue is Acer's fault anyways. Can I contact someone about getting a pre-paid label or reimbursement?

    I don't think so, normally you have to get anything like that from your local support, the policies are different for each country.
