Acer lost my order/invoice X35

I purchased a X35 from Acer's website back when the X35 released in 2019. I need to get my invoice (why in the world wasn't this sent to me in an email I'm not sure) so I logged into my Acer account online to find and download it. To my surprise Acer's website shows that I didn't make any purchases. So I called acer and they asked me to reach out to ecommerce@acer.com to get my invoice and assured me that there would be no problems.

So I sent ecommerce@acer.com an email and I was told that they don't have the invoice and to have a nice day... I responded asking them why they don't have it and what it meant for if I needed to claim a warranty on the monitor. At that point they stopped responding to me. So I called the sales number again and I was told that there's no record of my order and I was also told that my order number doesn't match the format Acer uses. The sales rep couldn't even find anything under my name. I was then told that there was nothing they could do and the ecommerce@acer.com department doesn't have a phone number to call. So I'm now at the mercy of waiting for them to care enough to respond to my last email.

Has anyone had a similar experience with Acer? Does anyone know what that means for a warranty claim? I have a sneaky feeling that means that there's no way I can claim a warranty on the monitor in the future if they don't have a record of the order.
