Its been 1 year since I have this Acer Nitro laptop and while playing the games(Valorant) which meets the recommended system requirements the CPU temperature hits 96 degree Celsius marks and GPU goes as high as 75 degree Celsius. Even if I don't play the game and just use heavy software like Android Studio the temperature goes above 90. I mean for my system 50-60 is the minimum it stays on normal funxtioning. But as soon as I start using GPU also the temp rises to 90 degrees.
Heating is the only problem which makes me so frustrated because whenever I google to search a solution it presents to me change the thermal paste, using cooling pad, etc
Now what I want to know is
1. From the moment I bought this laptop I haven't changed the thermal paste, is that the reason behind overheating?
2. After how much time should I replace this thermal paste with the new one?
3. What is the lifespan of thermal paste?
4. Is thermal paste the only reason behind my system's overheating?
5. Which thermal paste will be good for intel i7-8750h processor?
6. Where can I find the optimal temperature range for intel i7-8750h processor and NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 1050 Ti  GPU.
I couldn't afford this laptop but still I go for it to not worry about the future requirements and now I am very worried about its overheating problem.
Hoping for a genuine reply.
Thank you for reading my concern.
