Hello, I got this machine very recently and I liked it the way it's working except for the audio as it delivers very low volume comparatively with others. As a newbie, I'm asking this here. Can we fix this with any workaround or do we need to use it like this? we don't even have Dolby or DTS on this machine. Is there any way to install Dolby on this machine? Can the audio increase if we install Dolby? Please help me to fix this...

System Model: Aspire A715-75G
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H

Sorry. The laptop's ALC255 adapter is actually a mobile realtek audio chip soldered on the mainboard. Not a replaceable buss card like on many desktop mainboards. Due to laptop power constraints on the battery and heat dissipation, most have little more than pre-amp audio outputs that can barely drive tweeters. Internal speaker loudness can be quite variable especially on web videos. Some are barely audible while others are acceptable. But none are considered loud. The solution? An externally driven bluetooth wireless or jack wired audio system such as headsets/headphones for individual listening. Or amplified external system for a listening audience. Jack E/NJ
