My Acer Predator Helios fan stopped spinning.

Hi
So, one of my fans has been making some grinding noises for a while. After a week, I finally opened up the back and noticed one of the fins has been bent. I just cleaned out everything and started up the laptop again. The grinding noises persisted but since yesterday, the GPU fan won't spin. PredatorSense reports no fan movement when I set the fan to max speed now. (When the fan was still spinning after my first boot, the fan maxed out between 4k and 5k RPM when it's supposed to hit 6k normally). Now, the fan occasionally slightly spins, but apart from that, there's no movement.
I don't understand what I can do at this point. I've had this laptop since 2019, and it has mostly remained stationary. It hasn't really been moved.
Considering the current pandemic situation and the fact that I need my laptop since I'm in school, what solutions can I approach? Will the CPU fan + a cooling fan suffice? Can I replace the fans on my own? What can I do?

I would suggest you call Acer and see if it might still be under warranty.  The worse thing you did it try to force the fan to run at an even higher level when you heard the grinding.  I wouldn't try running it in the state it's in unless you want to cook the graphics and have to replace that too.  Were you blowing the laptop out regularly and cleaning it?  Again, it might still be under warranty, you can check the warranty status online.
