Why is every game that I play on my laptop having sudden FPS drop? Acer Nitro-5 AN515-55

So, I just bought this Acer Nitro-5 AN515-55 having the following specifications - i7-10th gen, 144hz screen refresh rate, 1650Ti graphics card, 256 + 1TB HDD , and 8 gb of RAM..... just looking at the specs its a powerful gaming laptop but then why am I getting sudden fps drops when playing games like valorant , which at high setting im getting about 100-120 fps but then for a second or two the fps will drop to 2 or 3 fps and then back up, same issue with far cry 5 , at ultra settings im getting around 55-65 fps constant but then again for a second or two it will drop to 2 or 3 FPS, its really frustrating especially when playing games like valorant where i cant even see the enemy moving because my screen just freezes every now then....... do something about it....please help me....i just bought it this week .... theres not even the heating issue as when playing far cry 5 at ultra settings for an hour my GPU just hit around 70 and CPU at 80 which is not bad at all.... please tell me what should i do.
