I want to reapp my laptop's thermal paste but I'm torn between two options, Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and Thermal  Grizzly Conductonaut. Which one is better for my laptop? And is 1 gr thermal paste enough for the laptop? (CPU-GPU)  Thermal  Grizzly Conductonaut is a liquid metal by the way.

I've used the "Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut" paste for a while and it works well but, they do have a "NEW Kryonaut Extreme" with a new formula which should be even better, so i would use that. Also, always use the "Pea Dot" pasting method only,  1gm is more than enough, don't put too much paste onto either the cpu or gpu as that will defeat the purpose of the pasting and its efficiency. The difference between the Kryonaut and the Conductonaut is that the Conductonaut is not as efficient in "Sub Zero Overclocking" environments as the Kryonaut.
