    Hi @Yash8014

You can just disconnect the laptop from the charger. After that you can just press and hold down the power button for 30 secs. After that try to connect the laptop back to the charger and check with it like whether it is able to turn on.

Hope it will help you in some way.

    Hey @ragsak28,
so everytime I unplug my laptop it automatically turns off and wont turn on unless I have a charger connected to it, its currently now down to 1% and Im worried on whats gonna happen if it gets to 0%, like I said my laptop isnt going up in battery and it slowly depletes itself. Does my laptop have to be on for when I unplug it and hold down the power button?

    Hi @Yash8014

The laptop has to be turned off when you do this.

@Yash8014 do you have any way to test the charger itself? When you connect it to the laptop does it give that little beep sound?

@billsey I believe it does, if I wanted to try right now, I would have to unplug it and plug it back in and like I said it would turn off automatically but yes, the last time I checked it did make a beep sound
