Nitro AN517-52 overheating issues

Hi guys I have some issues with my new laptop hitting high temperatures while gaming.
I pretty much play only one game which is Total War Rome II. I guess the game is very demanding on the CPU as when having a Performance plan in Nitrosense the CPU temperature hovers at 85-92 C almost constantly. The laptop is being throttled seems like every 30 seconds due to hitting 92 C degrees. 
I can play this game for a few hours straight and I feel like I'm slowly frying the laptop up.

The only workaround I found is to go with a balanced power plan which keeps me at around 85 C degrees.
I could probably also try to turn off Turbo boost? Not sure which of those two options would give me lower performance drop. Anyone?

- I have a cooling pad.
- Laptop is only a few weeks old so reapplying thermal paste would most likely void my warranty.
- Tried undervolting but it seems my i7-10750H has undervolting blocked as the settings wouldn't stick at all.

Anything else I can try?

Ive done most things to manage the heat with my i7 10750H and the best was underclock to 3.6ghz.

You gota get throttlestop to do it. i got 8-10 C off seriously as the cpu will be turbo boosting all the time without. I undervolted a bit but dont think it had a major difference.

also, i find a laptop cooler with high rpm (2200) 80mm fans right under the latpop fans works. you get 3 degreess off and it doesnt climb higher which is important.

I did repaste and saw no difference in temps so i think its just the big cpu struggling to cool as it is a i7 in a laptop. so underclock...
