I ask yestarday here the price of acer aspire 7 a715 72g motheboard price and it finds that itis more expensive than my whole laptop ,so now iwill try to order the part that it shop herer in uae tells me isnot available,the part was the one on mainboard that connected to battery ,,ic power,, imarked here in red colour

Then there are many coils, resistors and integrated circuits in this red encircled image. How can we possibly tell from this  red encircled image which part is bad or that you are referring to?  If it's an integrated circuit, it should have a part number imprinted on it.
