    You can perform system restore-
Turn on your and keep pressing F8 key you will boot in blue screen window then
    1. Click on Troubleshoot.

    2. Click on Advanced options.

    3. Click on System Restore.

    4. Click the Next button.

    5. Select the restore point that you want to use on your computer.
    6. Click the Scan for affected programs button to understand the apps that will no longer be available because they're added after the creation of the restore point.

    7. Click the Close button.
    8. Click the Next button.
    9. Click the Finish button.

Once you complete the steps, the changes causing the problem will be discarded, and then your device should be able to start normally.

I advise you to don't you update your window for 2-3weeks

A black screen with flashing cursor can also be a bad EFI image, often caused by an attempt to install a different OS (such as some Linux distributions). It leaves you in the EFI shell and doesn't continue the OS load.
