Currently, I have Windows 10 2004 and I am getting around 68fps average in Farcry 5 in Ultra settings, compared to 80 fps average I used to get when I bought the laptop. I have installed all the drivers from the acer website. I am planning to reinstall windows to get back to the original performance.

I have i5 9300H + GTX 1660 Ti variant.

I wouldn't say you'll get exact same numbers again but what you asked answer is build 1809 windows 10 was shipped back in august 2019.

Can you guide me on how to reinstall the windows 10
1-> Download an untouched windows 10 1809 iso and make it bootable usb with tool like rufus and make sure you make it GPT instead of MBR and backup your data in c drive.
2->Shut down system and go to Boot menu with f12 key if not enabled then goto BIOS with f2 key when system is booting and then enable boot menu in settings of bios.(if unable to boot to usb device, set password to bios and disable secure boot then you'll be able to boot usb devices).
3->boot the usb device in which windows 10 iso is flashed and then from there that is pretty much following on screen instructions.
if still unable to follow up then search on YouTube how to install windows 10 and make usb bootable.

Finally, Installed Windows 10 1809 and guess what old performance is back now. Higher fps, lower temperature, and reduced fan noise.
