Good day gentlemen ... I had a problem, about 4 months ago I bought a laptop, Acer 5, i5 9300, rtx 2060 ... Immediately, temperature problems became noticeable, after communicating with support, I was told what to send laptop to them, I sent and expected 3 weeks of repair ...
Why was there a renovation? The temperature in the game of the processor was 93-96 degrees ... the laptop was boiling, it was uncomfortable even to press the keys .. I sent the laptop, three weeks later they returned it to me, invoicing 80 zlotys (for cleaning) the laptop ... $ 21-22, of course cleaning + replacement of thermal paste ... On a laptop that was bought for a month before shipping, well, okay, they returned the laptop, let's check ... As a result, nothing has changed at all, the temperature is exactly the same as it was, wrote in support, where they told me initially that this is "NORMAL TEMPERATURE", it's funny, isn't it? Then they told me to send it to them ... I thought for a long time, I already use the tropple stop program, in general it is not bad, but I wonder if it makes sense to send it or not? Will there be any repairs or will the laptop be returned to me in the same condition a second time? Why do I want to send? Errors started in the program ... Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. And after mistakes, the temperature rose ... It's just not a hunt for the laptop to be defective, it still costs a lot of money, almost $ 1200 .. So, I would like to hear your advice, does it make sense to send, will there be a normal repair or score and enjoy what you have?
